TAPE aims to offer a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where people of all ages and abilities can explore their creativity through the use of music and film.

Formed from a community of professional, award-winning film makers and musicians as well as published writers, and professionals working in schools and colleges, TAPE was established in May 2008.  Working alongside like minded organisations including: CJIW, T12 and the Dawn Partnership, to create oppurtunities and promote positive values and attributes in a wide spectrum of service users.  Currently we are mainly based at our premises in Old Colwyn, but also have several outreach projects in place as far afield as Liverpool and Wrexham.

TAPE are currently establishing a new web service and radio station, set up and run by service users.  'Spinal TAPE' is a work group of service users attending residential weekends at Coleg Harlech to gain knowledge of the skills required to carry out the projects and to encourage future learning in association with Coleg Harlech.

Podcasts recorded, edited and uploaded over the weekend of June 12-14 2009 at Coleg Harlech wea
