Dynamo Role Models

The best way to tell young people about the real life experience of entrepreneurship is to let local entrepreneurs do the talking. Active and successful entrepreneurs from right across Wales have been recruited to act as Dynamo role models.

If you’re interested in getting involved with dynamo we have 4 steps to follow:

1. Complete a factsheet about yourself and the business
   If you’re interested in joining the team we’ll ask you to share your story and experiences of running your own business, and why you’d like to become a dynamo role model.  The factsheet is approved by the dynamo team and you are contacted to move forward to step 2.
2. Shadow another role model
   To help you understand what’s involved, we’ll ask you to shadow an experienced dynamo role model before you attend the training.
3. Attend the two day training course
   We hold regular training courses across Wales, providing an introduction to the project. It’s an opportunity to structure and practice your presentation and find out useful information on what to expect in the classroom. 
4. Work with delivery teams to book appointments
   Our regional coordinators will arrange bookings with the schools, colleges and universities. They will be your day to day contact – on hand to help with any queries.  More about bookings
